Law Enforcement Training
PSPG is committed to teaching advanced, relevant, and manageable skills in our trainings.
Instructors are skilled and trained in preparation, teaching skills, and mastery of pertinent topics. Some of the many topics taught have included domestic violence in law enforcement marriages, surviving a shooting, trauma management, and psychological survival throughout a career. Dr. Rodgers and PSPG also coordinate and teach several 40-hour crisis intervention training classes, both basic and advanced, as well as basic and advanced crisis negotiation classes, interviewing and interrogation classes, and Tactical CIT skills on a yearly basis. Our staff have a variety of backgrounds including law enforcement and mental health in order to better facilitate the type of curriculum needed in today’s changing world of policing.
In addition, we are always open to creating or adapting classes and curriculum to fit your agency’s specific needs.
